"Rooms had no towels or drinking water when we arrived at this local Swahili-style accommodation. When given bathroom towels we were told to use the same towels for the beach. That night we kindly enquired if they would prepare a whole fish for us if we were to buy from the beach and we were rudely told no. Same rudeness again the next morning when I asked them to cut a fresh pineapple at breakfast. If this is their policy, no problem, but no need to speak badly. We packed our bags at midday and...

"Expérience catastrophique – cambriolage en plein jour et personnel complice ? Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart'hôtel. Tout allait bien jusqu’au dernier jour. By sea view, I thought it was closer to the beach, but was a few minutes walk through the village - was glad the property owners advised us to bring a flashlight because it was certainly needed at night.
