"Honestly so sad we only spent one night here. Should have come Right to Seward when we landed in anchorage. Such an amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing amenities and great food. Highly recommend"

Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge

4/10 Poor

"Fireplace was nice. Room was ok. Staff was more interested in talking to one another then people staying there. Kenny from Las Vegas, Cory both bartenders and Darlene housekeeper was interested in the guest and you felt like they cared about the service they were providing. We had a car to get around but I would have been bored just staying there. No activities to do."

"Well maintained building with clean rooms. Our 2 double standard room could have been bigger, did not have space for a toddler bed. Not that I had dared to ask for one. Did not feel comfortable. Because when booking through Expedia we were under the impression that breakfast was included. We were informed of our mistake in a tone that quickly turned into a verbal altercation with the staff. They mentioned they hate third party booking sites for misadvertising (good luck filling the rooms without). After I offered to pay the full price for us for the length of our stay, the staff asked us to check if the breakfast was worth the full price. After confirming it indeed was not, we took our business to Rowdy Radish instead. You’re welcome for the tip!"

"It was a good stay. Cleaned the room every other day per hotel policy. The tub drained so slowly. We had to tell management and someone fixed it. I was thinking, that I am pretty sure the maid noticed how slowly it drained when the tub was being cleaned. The problem should had been addressed before we came. Location is good. Staff are good and accommodating"
