"The room was dirty. Hair on the counters, dog hair on the wall and carpet, floor was damp. Strong odor of cleaning fluids, refrigerator was not clean. Something orange was all over the iced over freezer. The screen had been knocked out (probably by guests smoking in the room. There were thousands of cigarette butts littering the grass and parking lot. Trash littered the entire property. Bathroom countertop was covered in water. There was one coffee pod and one decaf pod. When asked for more regular coffee, I was told they were out. We had to use the towels to clean surfaces in the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was not clean. The jets were rusted. There were not trash cans. the bedding had stains. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. We were approached by drug dealers (I work in substance abuse field, so I know a lot about dealers. We left the next morning and checked into a nicer hotel. We stayed there a few years ago and it was way nicer. We did not eat there fearing the kitchen was as bad as the rest of the property. We are spreading the word to friends and coworkers about how awful the stay was. The check in lady was nice."

"Leaking ceilings on first floor no handicap accessible ramp door only the front door all other doors to the facility had no handicap accessible entrance, and it does not have the help although if you are trying to walk in the entrance they will come running for you if you are handicap. this facility is use for brothel Mercedes with men and woman not comprehend as they are stuffed walking hand held by Mercedes driver the front desk customer service they’re English cannot understand HORRIBLE RACIST"

"Couldn't check in asked for refund and they said contact you and now you tell me they're is no refund...I never even checked in!!"

"Old building with a musty smell. The beds/blankets/pillows were old and uncomfortable. We were not able to adjust the room temp at all. We found mouse poop in our room. The floor was not level. Location was fine though it was strange that it was in a strip mall style building with no attendant on site. I won’t stay here again. If the options are to stay in this hotel or sleep in my car, I would probably sleep in my car. "
