"I booked my trip months in advance. I never received an email or a phone call stating the reservation was canceled. I arrive and that’s when I find out it was canceled. I will never use the Hotel app again! Imagine your trip without any place to stay!"

"The listing is not accurate. It says you will get an entire home and it will be only you and your guests. This is not correct. The host and her family live there. There is one shower to share with the guests living in the home. The living areas were a mess and the couch and kitchen were not usable without navigating around their stuff. "The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "
