Great location, sad house

Great location and water access. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this house. upon arrival the side door we went in had a screen door that the glass was broken out of and there were glass shards still around the outside of the door. the dishes were still in the dish washer along with having to rewash all dished we used prior to use as there were unclean. the leather on the couch all peeling off leaving stains, pieces on our cloths and all over the floor. spider webs all over the house along with a spider in the window above the sink.
