We were impressed with the staff, very friendly and helpful, the cleanliness of the room and lobby. Comfortable beds, good breakfast selection and great location with lots of restaurants. It is no more than 10 minutes to many of the sites and the tram line T1 is 5 minutes away that takes you to the sites abit farther away as well as to the other side of the Golden Horn!! This hotel is great value for the money! We highly recommend!

Hotel is really far from city center and many restaurants are not even equipped with delivery, nor English/Spanish language skills. either Uber (greatly expensive) or taxi(also expensive) are your best allies to move around since Metro is far from the hotel as well. There are a few things close by to the hotel but the area is not really safe at night. Staff is rather rude and money hungry..... I would not come back to this hotel, however, it does have many nice amenities.
