The only negative- but it is a Big one- was the carpet on floor one — where our room was located (but I assume same on all floors) It was impossible to roll any of our three suitcases. Literally messed up my back and my co-traveler’s hip/leg. They need to seriously do something about that. "

"We stayed 5 days here as a couple and it was flawless. Me and my boyfriend arrived there at 5 in the morning and even though the check in stattes at 12 the earliest the receptionist helped us with a room and an super early check in. Aswell as when we left, the check out got alongated after we spoke to Isabell. The receptionists speak English so that's a big plus, room service is on demand and I highly recomend."
