"Great facilities and location. Beach is adjacent to resort and nice although sand is rough. Food was nice but not exceptional. Staff friendly enough. Pity the AC was not activated due to season as kids got hot at night and fan was not great. Also very eco unfriendly with so many plastic water bottles. It would have been better to have water refilling stations. There is poor public transport to Antalya and taxi is expensive. Uber does not provide any drivers or they cancel. Perhaps yellow cab...

"The property was very clean. From the moment you arrived , you can see it’s a very clean and maintained property. They met us at the front entrance. Asked what if I needed help. Let me park my rental car first and checked in with my kiddos. The staff new enough English at the front desk to discuss food places times. But I was also given an itinerary of times for my stay. "I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel. Same thing happened when I was moving out, the bellboy who took my bags from me made it seem as if he was doing me a favor rather than his job. Everyone else in the hotel was very nice and friendly! I loved my stay and glad I didn’t decide to go to a different hotel after such an unpleasant greeting. "
