"Starting off the staff we checked in with was really nice and friendly. She did complain a lot about how her housekeepers were way behind and had to put us on the second floor which was fine. But then made us go to the farthest back part of the building. Got to our room and it has clearly not been used in a LONG time. The trim on the TV cabinet was broken and laying on the floor. The room was ice cold (it was the second week of February with 2 inches of snow outside) so I turned on the heat...
