Convenient location

The cottage is charming and in a good location. With some host details it could be a very good to excellent VRBO. As was, amenities are barebones, especially of general living needs. Internet and cellular service was nonexistent, awkward collection of kitchen utensils and zero spice even salt and pepper, 1 - 1/2 roll of TP for 4 days of 4 people. I had recalled searching properties for this trip with washer/dryer — hookups were there but no utility. This is actually a 2 bedroom, the futon upstairs shouldn’t count, the couch is comfortable enough though. Not having to “make due” sets one VRBO apart from another, it’s unfortunate to feel little effort has been put in to a guests comfort given the cost of a night’s stay.
