Room was nice and clean. Property was filthy. Pool was filled with dirt and grime. Lots of cobwebs and dead bugs covering the building.

Beautiful property. I am surprised with the low stars on Google. I have worked at Hilton and Marriot properties for years as a GM and DR of sales. Anyways, if you are expecting that type of hospitality at this property you won't get it. I think that's what is charming about this place. The front desk clerk was super nice. The people who work there are focused on their jobs and aren't there to make you feel like you are on vacation, that's what the island is for. I definitely recommend staying here. For our family of five it was fantastic. Rooms are roomy, pool is clean and it's a great location. We can walk right into town, walk to the beach and have dinner right across the street. I definitely recommend staying here.
