"There was a problem with something leaking causing damage to our personal property. I was willing to be understanding of this problem until I was told that the person in the same room as we were in had reported the leaking before we went into this room. At that point I felt we were taken. "

"Location is fantastic to walk down into downtown or even around the island. Our room looked right out to the water and had access to sit down by it which was a great addition. The room and amenities in the room worked out great - with plenty of space and fridge / freezer for food in our kitchenette. "

"The hot tub was supposed to open May 16. We checked in May 16. Hot tub was never opened. Our phone had no dial tone and there was a giant hole in the wall from a previous guest by the back door. Knobs would randomly fall off the dressers, the fridge wasn’t cold at all and there was no air vent in the back part so either that person had to roast at night or the front person had to freeze. "The hotel was great for our needs, which was going to Cedar Point. Rooms were very nice and we alos enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was a solid continental breakfast with pancakes. My son forgot his Beats Ear Bud and they were great at getting it back to us in another state. Can't ask for more than that with our great stay. Thank you! Would defintiely stay again!"

"This was so close to Cedar Point. After a long day my family was grateful to have somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep. It's not a fancy looking place but the rooms were very clean and efficient. The price was affordable and I slept great. I would recommend this place to any family staying a night in the area."

"Counter host was friendly and speedy check in. Room was immaculate. Smelled clean. Bathroom was nice. AC worked great. The only thing Id like a little better is 2 Queen beds instead of full size. Allows more room for family of 3 or 4. Ended with waffles for breakfast which were excellent. Id stay here again in a heartbeat and swim in the pretty pool next time. Thank you!"
