"The best hotel of our trip so far! Spotlessly clean room with modern furnishings - big enough for two of us with luggage to be comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."

"Alhamdulillah, I booked 5 rooms for my family. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, the pool is fine. I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "Plus point: location is good. Near to recreational area (Padang Polo where a lot food stall available in the afternoon) and can access to many other places easily. Minus: Limited parking breakfast was so-so (better don't include breakfast in your booking)."

"Our room was spacious and clean. Felt a little unsafe at night as the neighborhood was a little rundown and several homeless people around, but we walked to Concubine Lane area and several restaurants and bars."
