We needed a small space for an easy one-night stay in the middle of our week-long road trip - and our five year old wanted to try staying in an RV. The price was right, so we obliged.
Upon arriving the neighbors seemed to be having a party in their front yard - but, they quieted down quickly and the neighborhood was very quiet the rest of the evening.
The sink, toilet and dishes were all a little dirty upon arrival. I didn't complain as we were only there one night, and it wasn't a big deal to me as I always clean those things before using them anyway. There was some residual dog hair on the pillows/blankets from past guests - but, nothing smelled bad or unclean. We have pets and understood it was pet friendly prior to booking.
Check in was super easy as well as check out - though, I personally wish there was a little more information given about checkout - when I asked the host, it was simply, 'you don't need to do anything other than just check out'. Which, was nice it was that easy - but, I am always worried about not leaving things clean enough, etc.
Overall, this fit the bill for us - it was comfortable, quiet, and warm.
