The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and willing to help , the rooms were kept exceptionally clean , with fresh bedding and towels every day . The only down side was the pool side bar wasn't stocked very well and the entertainment was poor .

Excellent location for the beach which was beautiful. Good variety of food but could have been hotter. Always managed to get sunbed around pool when we needed them Pool bar staff were very friendly Mercury car hire around the corner also very helpful Would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice hotel close to beach and tavernas.
The staff were excellent and hotel in good location. Shame about sewage smell and evening entertainment not great.

Awful place to stay! The staff is so noisy in the morning it is impossible to rest, the cleaners have no consideration about guests, they chat away at 8am in front of your door!! One morning the cleaning lady had literally wanted to come in at 9,30 to clean the room ,we were skeeping and luckily we had theroom locked -so intrusive we were very outraged in fact we wanted to leave but the nearby hotel was fully booked! I do not recommend staying here at all! So dissapointed have no words to describe it,sadly

On behalf of all the staff of our Hotel, which i must inform you works very hard to satisfy all of our guests needs, thank you for your kind words. As you can see your opinion really matter to us. The only think that i do not understand is why our Hotel is such an awful place to stay. Thousands of guests have although a different opinion but we also respect yours too ,and we will try to do our best to find a way to make things that you find so awful.. better.

Do not take the all inclusive package
We made the mistake of taking the all inclusive package thinking that all our food and drinks would be paid for. Instead, we got less than mediocre food and had to pay additional costs for pool bar snacks and drinks. Soft drinks and most coffee drinks were also at an additional cost. Overall, not worth the all inclusive. You're better off paying for your snacks and meals separately. There was also nothing to do after supper as there was no hotel entertainment nor any nearby bars so nights ended pretty early.

Dear Guest ,all snacks and drinks are free for our All inclusive guests at the pool Bar, the alcohol is free until 23:00.Every Sunday we have live Greek nights with singers and dancers,also every second day there's a DJ playing Greek and foreign music at the pool bar. Get away from it all!
This is the ideal hotel to get away from it all. It is an hour from the airport and 8km from the nearest town. The adjacent beach is golden without a pebble in site. The staff are really excellent, friendly and helpful. We would give them eleven out of ten. There was a wide variety of acceptable food in unlimited quantities. It is an excellent place to chill out

Hotel is close to a very lovely beach - walkable dInstance. The hotels facilities are in need of updating They are old fashioned and therefore do not work very well. No internet unless you pay for it !! There are cracks in the tiling everywhere and it appears to be neglected . The decor is old fashioned. Family tourist hotel , very friendly staff, nice bar area but the bar next door has free internet ! No romantic sunsets as that part of the island is facing the wrong way!

This is not a 4 star hotel price was expensive and you are not getting what you are paying for. Don't eat the food i wouldn't feed it to a dog.

Lovely pool and hotel, terrible food. A cleaner left a water bottle with cleaning fluid on my bedside table which I drank from as it was the same as our water bottles!!!

Close to the beach
The hotel was ok. Hotel staff all very friendly especially the receptionists. Only real problem is the rooms were abt outdated. Our tv was still the really old school ones and tiny. Most of the channels were blurry and only 1 channel in English (bbc news). Transport to the town is terrible. Only once Monday to Friday at 9.30am and one return at 2.30pm. You will need to take a taxi if you miss the bus. (€10 each way). If you are looking for a quiet family hotel and don't want to adventure anywhere then this is perfect.

There is something to review...
Good hotel for family. The staff doesn't speak English well but they are kind. The animation is only in Czech/Polish (I suppose) language. The wifi is free once a day for a max 1 hour. The beach is very closer and almost clean. The menu at the restaurant is very poor and there is nothing "international" or "local". No baby menu for the children. The TV in my room was very old with only 10 channels.

It was okay. Staff is nice but unhelpful. Ask a lot of questions. One example, I needed towels and the front desk lady asked me 40 questions. Wanted a cab, asked me a 30 questions. The bed broke when I sat on the corner ( I weigh 116 lbs) and they asked me 120 questions. It was a beautiful area don't get me wrong, and from the outside and the lobby, the hotel is very pretty. The rooms are subpar and I told them it's me and my husband and they gave us twin beds. Food is good for breakfast but lunch and dinner is lunchroom food. Go eat in the city. You won't be disappointed. The beach is okay for a day but there are jaw-dropping beaches 15 min away. Cleaning ladies do not do a very good job. I left an open juice box on the floor 3 days in a row and they cleaned around it. Lol. Just okay, really.

The hotel is very near to a crowded beach but if you walk for about 5/10 minutes it is much nicer. The hotel is really for all inclusive people, which we weren't, who stayed in the hotel all day - so all the beds round the pool were reserved before breakfast even though signs said not too. I had never been to such a hotel, and found this a little sad. We used the hotel as a base and went out exploring. We were only here for 4 nights. If you have a tight budget and want to discover places then this is not a good base as public transport is very limited - the bus to the nearest town is at 9.30 and this doesn't run on a sat or Sunday. Taxis are easy to get but of course the costs add up. I found the Greeks on the island wonderful. One day I missed the stop on the bus and the driver stopped a car to get them to take me to back to the place where I should have got off. The girls on reception were very kind trying to find out bus times for me and phoning for taxis and generally giving advice.

4-Star? Really?
The hotel was pleasant enough but with a few disappointing aspects that you wouldn't really expect from somewhere with a 4 star rating. Our room (supposedly a family room sleeping up to 4 though there were only 3 of us) was a twin room with an extra camp bed. Everything about it suggested 'a room for 2' - there were 2 glasses, 2 chairs in the room, and 2 chairs outside on the tiny balcony. The bath/shower gel dispenser ran out on the second day and was never replaced - no big deal we'd brought our own but again it's not what should happen. There was a reasonable range of food in the restaurant but it was very repetitive and not very Greek. The orange 'juice' in the self service machine was actually orange squash! In the hotel bar the only wine available came from a carton (like those you see in supermarkets only bigger) and the white wine wasn't even chilled. Strange because the bar/diner on the beach operated by the hotel had a decent choice of wine. Most of the hotel guests (not us) were on all-inclusive packages, so perhaps they can't be bothered to offer anything more expensive, other than in 'excluded' places such as the beach diner. It's probably worth mentioning that the majority of the guests were Polish, on holiday with a tour company named Grecos. The 'entertainment' on offer was organised by their representatives and geared towards them. There didn't seem to be anything organised by Thomsons. But overall we had an enjoyable holiday - not quite 4-star but ok.

Stanza picola per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. 4 giorni su 7 e mancato il tapetto per il bagno. Se vai in regime di mezza pensione (bevande escluse), la sera hai gratis solo l'acqua in bichere (l'o chiedi al personale ) e il tè o caffè (dalla macchietta).

Προέκυψε πρόβλημα με την πρώτη μέρα κράτησης , και ενώ ενημερώθηκε το ξενοδοχείο εγκαίρως για την μη άφιξη μας το πρώτο βράδυ, δηλωςε το check in μας σαν να ειμαςταν εκεί , μας χρέωσε κανονικά την βραδιά λέγοντας πως δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μας διότι πληρώσαμε στην hotels και όχι σε αυτούς και έπρεπε να δηλώσουν την άφιξη μας διότι δεν θα πληρωνόντουσαν. Όταν επικοινωνήσαμε με την hotels.com μας διαβεβαίωσαν πως αν το ξενοδοχείο επιβεβαιώσει την μη άφιξη μας για το πρώτο βράδυ και αν συμφωνήςει το ξενοδοχείο τότε θα μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν μας απάντησε ποτέ τεκμηριωμενα.

Το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Είναι αρκετά κοντά στην παραλία, οι περισσότεροι υπάλληλοι ήταν πολυ ευγενικοί, το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό αν και το βαριέσαι πολυ εύκολα, το δείπνο σε γενικά πλαίσια καλό και τα γλυκά πολυ καλα. Τα δωμάτια δεν έχουν κάποια ιδιαίτερη θέα.

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν για 4 αστέρια,ήταν πολύ άσχημο το δωμάτιο με πολύ παλαιό μπάνιο και βρώμικο,δεν είχαν διπλό κρεβάτι και έβαζαν κουβέντες για να τα ενώνουν,ο μπουφές για το βραδινό γεύμα ήταν πολύ χάλια και με καμιά ποικιλία, γενικά πιστεύω ότι τα νοικιαζομενα δωμάτια είναι πολύ καλύτερα από αυτό που δήθεν είχε 4 αστέρια και χρεώνει το βράδυ πανάκριβα ντροπή

Το ξενοδοχειο ειναι μακρια απο το Αργστολι εκει που κτυπα η καρδια της Κεφαλονιας.
