SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

I would like to say how good the cleaning was and although there were a couple of very minor issues one morning, after a text message and by the time we returned to the villa later that afternoon they had been fixed - very impressive. Would deffinitely come back!
