Villa Mare is beautifully situated on the boarder of Skala beach and town one of the most popular resorts of the island. This property overlooks the sandy coastline of Mounda turtle beach which is less than a kilometre away. Within close range you will also find several restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets and more.

A modern property built in 2018 features an open-plan living accommodation with patio doors leading out to the balconies, terrace and the fabulous pool area that front the spectacular views.
This stylish home offers three spacious bedrooms from which two of them are en suite and located on the 1st floor of the property. A spacious living room area with an open and fully equipped kitchen is found on the ground floor, the outdoor pool patio area boasts spectacular sea views along the coastline and across to the island of Zante. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout, this property comes highly recommended providing a haven for those wishing to relax and get away from it all.

Lovely villa

Villa was fabulous, beds super comfy & kitchen fully functional. Too far to walk into Skala but only a 10 minute drive. Fabulous views You are on top of the main road but it’s not intrusive or busy

Spent 11 nights in this lovely home. Weather was good to us and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool area. We had a car and also made some day trips. Beautiful island will revisit

Good points, the villa is brand new and internally was brilliant. Plenty of room, well layed out, could not fault it. Externally, there is much landscaping to be done to try to hide you from the main road, 10 metres from the pool and villa, some bushes either side would shield the villa until the last second. Pool not tiled so was a concrete grey and not very appealing. Easy 30 minute walk into skala but down the main road. Would use the villa again if all issues addressed.
