Secluded villa with breathtaking views
- This elegant and comfortable property is uniquely situated and completely private, yet only a 5 minute drive from the port of Sami. Designed and built in a nautical theme it lies within 2000sqm on a high promontory blessed with uninterrupted views of the picturesque seaside village of Agia Efimia and Ithaca island. The area is of great natural beauty and the property is understandably one of the most desirable on the island.There is access via a private pathway to a small secluded beach just 150 metres away. Alternatively, a 10 minute drive will take you to the popular beach of Antisamos with its seafront snack bars and watersport facilities. Distance from the airport is 33 kilometres and we can provide pick up service.
The Villa also offers a traditional barbeque and al fresco dining area within the fully landscaped gardens, which is suitable for up to 12 people. There is a fifth double bedroom in the basement. This room is intended for a nanny or a domestic helper and has an en-suite bathroom. The basement area also contains a spacious lounge/play area and a separate WC.
