Olvio, living by the sea, a historic house has been lovingly restored by it's owners who are passionate about creating a home-from-home experience, here you'll find a warm welcome and a luxurious home stay, whether there's just the two of you or you're a family.
Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.
The clean white colours, natural materials and simplicity, will ensure you to relax in comfort. The house consists of two bedrooms with high quality furniture, mattresses and bedding. The twin bedroom has a private wardrobe room and en-suite shower-WC. The living area has fabulous sea views from all of the windows, and includes two relaxing sofas that can sleep two children and a second shower-WC.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area (with a table for 6) are ideally positioned with openings to the terrace, where there is a second dining area.
Perfect for self-catering you can enjoy your meals or drinks inside, or on the cosy outdoor terrace while watching the little boats coming in and out the harbour.

La casa è veramente molto bella sia esternamente che internamente. Arredata con gusto e raffinatezza risponde esattamente alle necessità di una vacanza che si ricorderà con piacere. Posizionata fronte mare nel centro di Sami offre inoltre tutte le comodità ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per le spiagge dell'isola.

One week at Olvio Living by the Sea
We stayed in Olvio one week in the period 12-19 August. We found a very nice apartment, well furnished, very clean and with all facilities.
Our vacation was very nice and Anna and Cristiana were very kind and helpful giving us all the information to visit the northern part of the island as well as suggestions of taverns to taste local food.

pretty and very clean
Stunning sunset and see view from windows of the house, stylish and cosy . We were so happy with location of that property next to sea . Anna and owner was so helpful and always answering to our requests. We definatly recommend that place for long stay. Internet was very fast in all parts of a house.
