  • The Villa is located in a quiet area of Agia Efimia, just 200 meters from the sea and the village center. ''Mikro'' is a high-end boutique villa that has minimalistic style with a traditional character. It has been thoughtfully designed throughout with high-end materials, furniture, appliances and lighting, and aims to offer an enhanced holiday experience that introduces guests into the Kefalonian lifestyle. The exterior includes a plunge pool (spa/ jacuzzi) with sunbeds and a shower, two seperate built in furnished lounges and a complete barbeque area with gas grill, with sink and dining table. The interior is an open plan space with terrazzo flooring and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), a cosy living area with 40 inch smart TV, queen size bed, a laundry (including dryer) and a bathroom with a spacious shower.

Our second stay at Mikro Villa, we came back because it's a fantastic little villa in a beautiful place. Immaculately clean, the villa has everything you need, and its size means it's just such an easy place to spend your days idling. Plenty of comfortable shady sitting areas, nice views across the valley and a few minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Agia Effimia.Great owners too :)

MIKRO Villa was really really great. The place was very well furnished, clean, modern and well located with just a few minutes walk into town. Able to park the car right outside the villa every day with no trouble whatsoever. It wasn’t quite warm enough to use the plunge pool but, had it been, it would have been a perfect touch. The outside area is great with loads of areas to sit and lie in the shade, or not, and we took advantage one night of the gas BBQ ..with delicious pork chops from the local butcher. Kostas couldn't have been more helpful, there when we needed him. Agia Efimia is a lovely harbour village with plenty of good, varied restaurants and bars and very smart. (don’t miss the lamb cutlets at THE LOCAL ). We visited several other villages on the coast nearby and this was definitely our favourite. 100% recommend staying here!!

Great property with everything you would need in any accommodation; possibly the best equipped property we've ever stayed in. Kostas was a fantastic host and could do enough for us. Great location just a few minutes walk from the town, and close to other sites worth a visit! We love Kefalonia, having been to Skala twice, but this was definitely on a par!

Outstanding villa

The villa was absolutely fantastic in every way. The hosts had thought of everything to ensure their guests had a perfect holiday. Great villa in an ideal location for Agia Effimia and exploring the lovely Kefalonia island.

This villa is better than it’s photos

From Kostas’ welcome, which was excellent hospitality. To discovering all the little extra touches that were in the property. It was like a family welcome. The property is in absolutely perfect condition in a gorgeous location. The photos of it are good. They are not as good as the real thing. I fully intend to return and rent this property again. In a very short walk you are on the harbour beach front. It’s perfect.

Beautiful and modern villa with comprehensive equipment in great location and very friendly host

The villa is located in Agia Effimia, a beautiful town on the east coast of Kefalonia and is only a short distance away from the harbor (3 minutes walk). The villa is very modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. From a barbecue to a washing machine, the house is luxuriously equipped and everything can be used. Really great. The newly built pool in the stylish garden rounds off the total package perfectly. The cleanliness of the house must also be positively highlighted. The communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and fast. The host was always happy to respond to our wishes, questions and comments and Kostas is always good for insider tips and recommendations - great! All in all, this house is a dream for every vacationer who is looking for a quiet place, but still wants to live in a perfect location on the island and enjoy the advantages of an extraordinarily beautiful and modern villa. All sights of the island can be reached by car in max. 1 hour. We can definitely recommend the villa and the host and will be happy to come back soon.
