"Parking was tricky. Pan handlers and homeless asking for money at 11:30 at night. Parking is not well lit. And they were asleep the next morning in front of the car. Hotel was quiet. Slept great. Hot water! But. Mattresses were as old as i am. Had deep indentations in both (double room). Staff was friendly. Exposed fuse box in bathroom. Plug next to sink wouldn’t work. Would not stay again. No where to eat close by. The convenience store next to hotel had security. Do not stay downtown!"

"We were in town for State track and unfortunately, the River Walk was also being held. We drove around for over 30 minutes trying to get to the hotel since all the roads were blocked off and detours were a circle. Then trying to park in the garage was a challenge due to backed up traffic. Upon check-in, which was after 9, part of the restaurant was closed, which made the dining area a little crowded, but everyone was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. However, we were not told that the room key is how to get out of the parking garage and the next morning trying to leave multiple people were stranded in the garage due to already checking out and keys were de-activated. Most issues were not directly the hotel issue, other than parking. However, communication about the closed roads to the hotel would have been appreciated."

"Stayed here one night for a quick visit to catch up with friends. The rooms were in good condition and overall it was a night stay. The only issue we had was at breakfast, there was a ball tournament in the area so there were quite a lot of people trying to eat and get on the road. The layout of the breakfast causes a huge headache, so be prepared to wait for food."
