Our room was enormous and looked out over Main Street and a side street. The windows are tall making the room very bright. We could easily walk to campus from the hotel, though it takes forever because you want to stop in each adorable shop you pass on your way.

The latest cation is great. Lots to do. But parking is a challenge especially if you’re not able to walk or do stairs at much distance.

This property is very neat because it's in a Historical Building that is in walking distance to shopping and food/desserts! We did hear the traffic while trying to sleep. The parking with loading/unloading luggage can be tricky. If the spots in front of the hotel are taken (as they are public pay-to-park) then you may be walking a little bit of a distance. I heard you have a 15 min. parking grace period for checking in. There is free guest parking on the top of a garage behind the business parking lot in the rear. Caution: with this historical beautiful building comes "ghosts" activity. I think this property is very nice and clean and the staff are wonderful! We really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The exercise room is nice as well. Lastly, we did experience loud noises above us for hours through the night. (kids running around?) The staff was apologetic.

Thank you for your review. The parking situation is dictated to us by the City of Keene. We do lease the spaces in the parking garage, but the city will not let us lease any spaces on Main Street. We are trying to work with the city, but they are reluctant to address the parking problems.

Fantastic hotel. If only the larger cities had half the class and personability. Also, if only this app knew “personability“ was a word. I imagine this will only get worse. Enjoy Keene while it still has standards.

Absolute gem of a hotel
Exceptional hotel in the perfect location in downtown Keene. We were in town to visit family for the holiday, and could not have picked a better location, close to excellent restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Rooms were enormous (we were in suites), super clean, and with comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast was very generous-with fresh egg options and plenty of fresh fruit and juice, very clean and well attended to. Staff was wonderful. Had a minor issue at check in that was resolved immediately and professionally. We were extremely happy with our stay and plan to stay again whenever we are in town. Highly highly recommend.

This was my first time in Keene, New Hampshire. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. The town seemed very safe and the people were friendly.

Parking is dictated to us by the City of Keene NH. They have no plans to install an elevator for the garage at this time.

I loved the space in the double queen-so much room! There were 4 of us and typically you're crunched in. This was so roomy and comfortable. Loved the location. Missed the breakfast but heard it was wonderful. Loved the parking pass - pouring rain so it was a relief to know we could unload and park right away. It was pumpkin fest and we were front & center and we cannot wait to revisit.

Check in was easy and front desk manager was lovely. Keene is extremely walkable and felt safe. Hotel is a lovely property. Clean and well maintained. Free coffee in the lobby was a welcome perk. Breakfast lovely with many options.

Great room. See above star ratings. But configuration of hotel is weird. No stairs to lobby. Elevator takes all day and doors open so slowly after achieving the floor that you think something is wrong. The noise in the street, not the hotel's fault, is extremely loud and continuous. Motorcycles with no effective mufflers roar up and down the street at all hours. Not sure we would stay there again.
