"This was a great place to stay for a family ski getaway to Crotchet Mountain. The whole establishment is small and quaint, with a few wings of guest bedrooms branching off of the main tavern/restaurant. But we didn’t feel like we were intruding on someone’s house, which is our main worry when staying at a Bed & Breakfast style inn. We have 2 young children, so we were concerned beforehand about being able to keep the kids contained from disrupting anyone else’s stay or making a mess in the...

"This Inn is on my top five hidden gems in my favorite part of NH, the south west.LOCATION: Absolutely stunning property with beautiful vistas looking out across the mountains near and far... AND the largest inground pool with an unobstructed view of the mountains this side of the Mississippi. It's Shangri-La 30 minutes from Manchester. PEOPLE: A husband and wife duo Carrie & Bob operate this historic inn and they really couldn't be more welcoming. They have been embraced by the people of...

"Pros: The apartment is beautiful. Lots of natural lights, sky windows, clean, bathtub has a jacuzzi, clean linens and very positive environment. Host is quick on responding and is super sweet. Privacy and lots of nature. You can literally be indoors and enjoy nature.
Cons: not for people with bad knees as lots of stairs to reach to the apartment.
For reference: I did not need it but there were no condiments except salt, no knife, no scissors, no laundry (this is mentioned in listing). "

"The apartment was easy to find and much bigger than we anticipated based on the photos! We were in town for a wedding and greatly appreciated the spacious guest rooms, double vanity in the bathroom, and open kitchen which made it easy for all of us to get ready. "

"Cozy little spot that had everything we needed. Peaceful, quiet, and once the rain let up on our stay we walked out to the gorgeous little pond on the property. So serene. Catherine was great!"

"Our room was on a floor with a youth hockey team. The young boys ran through the hallways, yelling and screaming, and banged on our door well past 10 pm. We called security twice but they were not able to stop the kids. The hotel allegedly could not move us to another floor despite the fact when we checked in the staff joked with the couple ahead of us saying "Let's make sure you're on a higher floor because there are hockey teams on the lower ones." The same staff member checked us in and did not do that for us. We were unable to get a refund or voucher for another stay because we booked through Expedia.and not the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. "
"I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!"
"The room was not cleaned properly. There were someones clipped fingernails all.over the florr ehich means it wasn’t vacuumed. There were also stains on our blabkets and sheets. I have a 9 month old and was not able to put him on the ground to crawl due to the floor not being vacuumed."
"I was overstimulated before i even finished checking in. Too much going on in the lobby. Between the dance parties and loud shows, the people trying to get wolf ears and take pictures at the fireplace and all the foot traffic that is forced through that area, as its the only way to get from rooms to activities.
Every elevator was a fight with some guests getting very visibly irritable.
Place was fairly clean considering the amount of guests and visitors.
All staff was extremely friendly. Considering they work in such a highly stimulating environment.
They nickle and dime you and could atleast include a free breakfast. I wont waste my money going back"
"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."
