"The place and the staff are very charming, antiquated rooms. It just needs better housekeepers and some maintenance. There was a huge clump of hair right in the entrance and many hairs across the floors that could have been easily vacuumed."

"Friendly staff. Quiet and clean rooms. Great stay! "

"Strategic location for bus and train. Nice staff service and clean room"

"The accomodation is more dated than what I expected from the photos. The view from the balcony was nice."

"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. "Property itself is lovely, new and clean. Excellent view and peaceful. However it is difficult to find amongst alot of steps!"

"The staffs are very nice and friendly"

"The room was clean and comfy, easily accessible. The staff was great helping me out a bit before check in. I’d love to come back if I were to spend more time in Jiufen and the area. "

"Very nice and cute hotel. "

"This is a BNB with a very kind and helpful host! It’s really close to the Jiufen Old Street. We had a great experience!!"

"Location is great! The owner kindly allowed me to check in a little early. The room itself was very clean, modern and well-appointed. Unfortunately, shortly after unpacking, I noticed what looked like a bug coming out from under the pillow. This made me uncomfortable, so I chose to sleep in the shower and decided not to stay for the second night."

"I loved this stay. Get the room with a view. It’s a cozy place to stay."

"The room was perfect with a good amount of space. The views were beautiful. And the hosts were some of the best we ever stayed with! Very friendly and informative with great recommendations for the town!"
