"I had an accident at the hotel where I bumped my head on a low overhang at our Villa and lost a top front tooth. The overhang was not well lit at night, area around it did not have a warning about it, and frankly is a design flaw as the overhang is much lower than the actual door. HOWEVER, after I complained to the staff about the incident and design flaw, the staff agreed and comped me one night of stay.
