"The Villa was extremely clean throughout and was in an excellent location to the local town where there is shops, bars and places to book excursions. We had a wonderful family holiday and Suleyman couldn’t do enough for us in terms of making our journey and stay as comfortable and easy as possible. "Lovely villa in a lovely location with fantastic views .. We were a family of 8 who stayed for 2weeks. The villa catered for all out family needs and some . The host Ozkan met us on arrival showed us everything and was available anytime should we have needed him . In the 2weeks we never had any problems so had the perfect holiday . Happily recommend this villa for a great family getaway . Hopefully will be able to return next year ."

"What a great home! Well set up for a lovely week. Easy check in process with good communication. Property is walkable to shops / restaurants but it is uphill! Pool was a great size - large and plenty of room for games. Poolside seating was plentiful with some toys / inflatables. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed but didn’t do much cooking! "Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "
