Me and the family was on a business trip to California and decided to stay here on the way of our route. Jack and Casey were just wonderful hosts to us, and made us feel at home and welcomed. When I initially booked the stay, my itinerary sent my reservations to another Rodeway Inn 30 minutes away from our route. Which would have taken us out of our way. They felt so bad for us. They immediately sprung into action by getting on the phone with corporate to see if it was anything their location could do to accommodate us. Fortunately, i was able to call the third party booking site i went through(expedia) to have them cancel the first reservations and had that property manager to provide a refund. Only thing was it was showing in their system they were booked. Determind to help they stopped at nothing with working behind the scenes to STILL try to make it happen for us. They knew we were tired from coming such a long way and having an even longer way to go.
It was honestly the compassion they both had that caused me to leave this review. I usually don't but you pin flowers when it's due. Long story short, they were able to get us into what was called an "emergency room". They provided us a nice comfortable queen size 1 bed and a roll away bed for our 11 and 6 year old. Grateful, is an understatement. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.
