Loved it there, the staff was nice and very helpful. It’s up the block from my old apartment that I lived for 20yrs so it was nice to be in my old neighborhood and walk to the cafes on Beverly drive

Overwhelmed with disappointment. Given the price point I believed this to be not less than a three star and likely a four star property. Initial room was quite small. Floor had large bump next to bed over which I tripped. Black mold in the shower. No guest information in the room. Front desk not in any sort of uniform, so I wasn’t sure who actually worked at the property. Manager did move me from north building to south building on the second morning. The room was better and had a small kitchen. But again, mold in the shower, and generally run down. The ‘balconies’ were not operable. This property is a pass for sure.

"The staff are wonderful, attentive, charming and incredibly helpful. The game drive's were fantastic with the guide brilliantly knowledgeable, patient and excellent at finding animals to view - we saw a pride of lions relaxing after a hunt, giraffes, zebu, antelope, hippos, baboons, naughty monkeys ..."
