"Zumrut is just a stone throw away from the main slope and gondler. They have their own ski equipment shop at the main gate. Food wise is a bit limited but adequate. The staff are really friendly and helpful and our rooms where clean. In terms of facilities there isn't much and the hotel isn't in the same class as others along this strip, but it is excellent value for money. "

"Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also reasonable. We've already booked a trip back in a few weeks!"

"The property offers 24 hr room service with a limited menu and full lunch and inner are available at the other property located on the mountain side. Prices overall for ski rentals food and beverage were extraordinarily expensive. The service was mediocre as was the selection of food. Lower prices in any European ski resorts with much more variety and better service. "
