The staff were very good as they allowed us to check in early. The room had an issue so we had to ,one to another one as they handled it very well. The wifi was a bizarre system as I still do not understand how it works

İçeri girdiğimizde çok ilgili karşılama olmadı. Odaya girdik tuvalet kağıdı bitmiş bir şekildeydi. Duş başlığı çalışmıyordu, havlular beyazlığını yitirmiş sarıya dönmüştü. Baş havlusu zaten yoktu. Televizyon çalışmıyordu, resepsiyona haber verdik 3 saat sonra uykuya dalmışken aradılar. Uykudan sıçradık. Gece yol sesinden uyuyamadık. Olumlu tarafından baktığımızda çok soğuk havada oda sıcacıktı. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Çözülemeyecek sorunlar değil de otel yetkilisi biraz işine değer verse.

İlk olarak otel gerçekten sıcak Kayseriye soğuk zaman diliminde gelmeme rağmen sıcaktı, ama temizlik konusunda kettle ve bardaklar pisti, wcde bir koku vardı anlamadım kötü bir kokuyu. Kahvaltısı güzel TV çalışmıyordu. Klima kumandasını bulamadım ama odam sıcaktı. Erken giriş yaptım. Otel merkeze 23-25 dk vardı. Tren garı yakınında. Hastaneye yakın ve Havalimanına giden otobüslerden birinin geçtiği durak var

2 gece konakladım. Cadde tarafındaysa odanız 7.kat olmasına rağmen anayoldan geçen araçların gürültüsü sabaha kadar rahatsız edici boyutta. Diğer tarafı seçerseniz manzara çok kötü direkt sanayinin kötü görüntüsü. Kahvaltı gayet idare edecek şekilde doyurucu diyebilirim. Keşke pastırma memleketinde kahvaltıda olsaydı diyorsunuz. Temizlik gayet iyi içiniz sinerek yataklarda veya havlularda bir sıkıntı yok.

Amazing room for the price. The room was very spacious, including all the amenities. I felt i qas in a 5* hotel. I wish i could stay more. The staff was also very friendly and they helped us in everything we asked :)

Nice stay near the airport

This was a nice stay before my flight. Stayed at another hotel across the street a week earlier and it wasn’t half as nice. Amazingly quiet for being on a major road. Nice breakfast as well.

Kahvaltı biraz daha gelişebilir ama bu hali ile de yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorum, erken giriş konusunda yardımcı oldular. Odalara sigara kokusu çok sinmiş her girdiğimizde fark ediyorduk. Temizlik konusuna biraz daha önem vermeleri gerekiyor. Yatak takımlarının bazısında lekeler vardı ve oda yüzey temizliği yeterli değildi.
