Ben suit odada kaldım. Merkezi bir yer bakkala çakkala yakın. Genelde Erciyes ekibi vardı. Isıtma ile ilgili sorun yaşadım. Akşam uyudum kendi kendine yanmış kalorifer ancak gündüz yakmadılar buz gibiydi. Bu sorunu aşarlarsa çok daha iyi olur.

Tek kötü yanı odalarda sigara içilmesi.Sigara kokusu odaya sinmiş ne kadar havalandırsak da koku gitmedi maalesef.Oda çok güzeldi banyo tuvalet çok temizdi .Çarşaf temizliğinden emin olamadığımız için yeni çarşaf istedik hemen verdiler bu kaloriferler çok iyi çalışıyor hiç üşümedik

Mistaken hotel address

I booked hotel in Spain in Fuerthaventura through hotels.com. Now address has been changed to Turkey!!!! Without prior notice. Expedia says I Am crazy and didn't see difference between Turkey and Spain.

Un hotel per un altro...

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare a causa di un vostro errore per cui vi ho già scritto una mail. Nonostante l'indirizzo fosse quello di Fuerteventura l'hotel risultava in Turchia. In effetti la vostra foto non corrispondeva a quella dell'hotel che abbiamo trovato. Arrivati alla reception volevano farci pagare 355 euro sebbene io avessi già pagato a voi 45 euro per la stanza. Sto ancora aspettando la vostra risposta.

Me cancelaron la reserva sin aviso,según me informaron a mi llegada por culpa de que todas las reservas procedentes de expedia no las podían aceptar. Me dejaron tirada en la calle,no me ofreció ningún tipo de alternativa tanto en ofrecerme otras opciones como soluciones.El recepcionista totalmente apático y sin resolución. Salí por la puerta y reservé en un hotel cercano. No lo recomiendo en absoluto,sobre todo por el pésimo y maleducado personal (recepción)
