"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. When we checked out, the reception folks were acting as if everything was...

"Location was great. They could have provided fresh towels. Had to ask for it. Rooms were bit stuffy as we couldn't open the windows. Otherwise its ok."

"I didn’t like anything in this stinky hotel. I booked a super room. They gave a dusty dirty room with broken window, washroom without toilet tissue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to subtract the money for the cost of super room to the ordinary room. Totally unfair financial practice. I will never go back to this hotel and won’t recommend to anyone. "
