"When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival.
The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in.
There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel.
There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people.
We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but...
