"When we checked in they did not have our booking, took one hour to prove that we booked. The rooms that were given to us were completely different than shown in pictures. On top, We paid for breakfast $7 per person for 6 people for 3 days, they didnt have any kitchen in their hotel. Still waiting for the refund.
