"Great staff and a wonderful dinner "

"We had room 3 which might be the worst of 5 rooms, being slightly below ground with on 2 small windows. Interior is modern, clean and quiet. The expresso machine was appreciated. The place was a bit hard to find with no signage. We were lucky our driver stuck around until we had located the lock box that allowed us in. We were glad we arrived in the light. The airport transfer was clean, courteous and on time. However, the van is apparently required to stop in a specific lot at the end of the terminal, about a 10 minutes walk. Leaving at 0900 got us to check in at 0945. When booking you just need to be aware there is no one on site. "

"Airport shuttle is good and clean room"

"The Zeus Dolce aspires to be a five star hotel, it advertises itself as a five star hotel, it has the potential to be a five star. It is not a five star hotel at the present time!!! We booked the executive sea view bungalow, $300+ per night. Get to our room, no remote for the tv, light on the make up mirror didn’t work, safe didn’t work. The floor in the room was filthy. Dead bolt on door didn’t lock. (More on this later). The fitness center was dirty and most of the equipment was broken. Several elevators were out of service, We were in bed sleeping when someone came into our room, no working dead bolt! Whomever came into our room left quickly once he knew someone was home. We called the desk and they told us one of the staff accidentally entered our room? The next day we comprised a note with all of our concerns, the main one being the intruder, we took it to the front desk, Alexandra offered us a different room which we took, however it had no working internet. She also informed us that it wasn’t a staff member who entered our room??? In any event this hotel needs to improve tenfold to be a five star! The hotel did comp us a meal at one of the restaurants for our troubles. I highly recommend that people avoid this hotel. "

"I chose to book this place in Athens in part because of their shuttle service. I arrived when it was already dark. Before my flight to Athens, I sent a message through Expedia. They replied asking for additional details, which I provided, but I never received a response. I sent several follow-up messages and still did not hear back. There was no available WhatsApp number to contact. After arriving in Athens, I had to find someone who would allow me to make a call using a local number, as I am a tourist and do not have a Greek phone number. The woman who answered was very unpleasant and claimed that I had not sent any messages, despite my explanation of the situation. She eventually sent me information on how to contact them via WhatsApp and provided written instructions on how to reach the shuttle meeting point. I followed the directions as best as I could, but I was unable to locate the place—the sign was small and not visible. When I called her again, she was impatient and unhelpful. Fortunately, she gave me the driver’s number. He answered calmly and tried to assist me. When he realized that I was lost, he went out of his way—leaving his passengers—to come find me on foot, brought me to the correct location, carried my bags, and helped me as much as he could. For that, I am very grateful."
