"The facility itself was perfectly fine for one night. Clean but minimal, with very hard mattress. The airport shuttle was mostly convenient, but only runs at set times so we would have had to wait over an hour when we landed in Athens for pick-up. We ended up getting a taxi instead, then took the shuttle to the airport the next day. Overall worked out and was fair value for the price. "

"I chose to book this place in Athens in part because of their shuttle service. I arrived when it was already dark. Before my flight to Athens, I sent a message through Expedia. They replied asking for additional details, which I provided, but I never received a response. I sent several follow-up messages and still did not hear back. There was no available WhatsApp number to contact. After arriving in Athens, I had to find someone who would allow me to make a call using a local number, as I am a tourist and do not have a Greek phone number. The woman who answered was very unpleasant and claimed that I had not sent any messages, despite my explanation of the situation. She eventually sent me information on how to contact them via WhatsApp and provided written instructions on how to reach the shuttle meeting point. I followed the directions as best as I could, but I was unable to locate the place—the sign was small and not visible. When I called her again, she was impatient and unhelpful. Fortunately, she gave me the driver’s number. He answered calmly and tried to assist me. When he realized that I was lost, he went out of his way—leaving his passengers—to come find me on foot, brought me to the correct location, carried my bags, and helped me as much as he could. For that, I am very grateful."
