Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "Clean room, staff very friendly"

"A very friendly hotel. Food was great and not expensive. Room was big for two and had a fridge, sink etc. Shower was small but adequate. Hotel is positioned about 4km’s from Chania. We walked it twice on a dry sunny day and bused in, in the evenings. Lovely pool but very cold in October. The little shop sold all essentials. We would stay here again. "
