"Overall we liked our stay very much. Although there is no AC it is never too warm since the building itself is so massive that it never heats up. Also, there is almost always wind. The nicest thing about it is the garden. Absolutely beautiful. The pool is also nice and the whole property which is huge is very well maintained. There is access right out of the back of the house onto Trail 1 and then onto 10 and 4 The pretty town is a five minute walk or a very short drive The locals are lovely and welcoming. "After initially having a room with some degree of noise from the reception area, we were moved immediately to a much quieter room which met our needs for our 2 week stay. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In fact we feel like we made some very good friends and were sad to leave. "We received a warm welcome and all the staff were charming, helpful and efficient. Our suite with large balcony was perfect; amazing sea and sunset views, large comfortable bed, good bathroom and everything that you could wish for. The breakfasts were excellent, so many delightful offerings presented beautifully. We needed to leave at 9.0am so they kindly served us breakfast at 8.30 with a smile! The taxi to the port took about 17 minutes and cost 18 euro. The villa is in an elevated position so there are plenty of steps to the sea or take the road route which is slightly longer but easier. Lots of excellent bars and restaurants on the sea front serving delicious food at reasonable prices. I thoroughly recommend Villa Fiamegou."
