Stayed for a night in an igloo and the service from staff was first class from the moment we were picked up from the train station. Our igloo had great views of the surrounding nature with amazing resort facilities. The spa and sauna was very relaxing and breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again if I return to a Rovaniemi one day.

We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all.

No complaints! Very clean, modern hotel in a great location, short walking distance to shops, eateries, literally a block away! Very spacious rooms, the restaurants food was 10/10. I had a sauna in my bathroom which was such a treat! Bathrooms a generous size too! The most comfortable stay we had in Lapland!
