Spanning approximately 150 m² of living space across 3 floors, the home features 8 rooms, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a total of 12 sleeping accommodation (6 double beds, each 200x180). This non-smoking home is equipped to a high standard and offers plenty of comfort for relaxing holidays year-round, featuring underfloor heating, gas heating, a wood-burning stove, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a sauna, and a whirlpool/spa pool.

The living and dining area is spacious and ideal for spending evenings together. A sofa, a sofa nook, a TV with digital connection, a hi-fi system, a CD player, a radio, and internet access provide entertainment and relaxation. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals with the whole family or group.
