We enjoyed our stay at this location and neighborhood. It's quiet, and still feel safe when wandering late at night in the area. It is not too touristy, allowed us to experiencing what the local would do. The in-room laundry is great! We dont need to worry about laundry during the stay.

Great , convenient, the room has almost everything we need just like being at home.

I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family.

Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.
