Hotel Nikko Narita
Bed was too firm, poor room ventilation even with air-con at the max and it wasn’t even very warm. Line to check in seemed a little long especially with United airline passengers being fast tracked and prioritised.

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Shinkan
amenities are self served and the room is clean. staff is friendly. I think the breakfast hours can be a little bit better or extended and menu synchronized between the main and new hotels.

Everything as described. Comfortable apartment, close to station and very clean. For Tokyo this is a big space, has a washing machine and utensils for cooking. Communication with the owner was clear. HOTEL Japonica ANNEX
Very spacious for 3 people. Has everything that you need. There was a small problem with the water heater due to cold weather, but staff was quick to help us with the problem.
