Good size room and clean. A/C worked wonderfully as did blackout curtains. Bed and pillows comfy. Was worried about outside noise due to Times Square location but it was a non issue. Bell hops were friendly and timely with bags.
Some small negatives: bathroom frosted glass door shines bright light into room at night (if not staying alone) and no fan; pretty noisy from neighbors and doors slamming (glad I had ear plugs); was surprised at check-in they needed multiple ids and cc swiped twice.

Breakfast had a decent spread . Staff for house keeping never showed up for days. Then on check out they wanted extra 20 dollars to clean a towel.
