Location description: The small village of Kastelir rises on a hill between Novigrad and Porec about 250 metres above the sea. A hill surrounded by vineyards and nature that offers a fantastic sea view on both sides. Best starting point to experience sea and land. Everything can be reached in a short time. Very good road connections, i.e. if you leave the beautiful village, you can be in Porec or Novigrad by the sea in a few minutes, or spend your day on the island of Lanterna, or very close to the village of Tar. Rovinje can also be reached very quickly. Or if you are longing for Italy, you only have about 45 km to visit Trieste. The connection to the motorway is 5 km away. The village has an excellent infrastructure. Everything is available and offers a sensational view over the Adriatic. Very good restaurants in the small village of Kastelir offer tasty cuisine. Cafes tempt you with great cappuccino and the truffle region of Istria is also only a few kilometres away. Let yourself be seduced by the flavours of Istria. A pleasure in a class of its own. Other sports and leisure facilities: A wide range of sports facilities are just a few kilometres away. A great water park, the largest in Croatia, is only about 10 kilometres away.
