The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor kitchen with a stove, a bathroom, and an en suite bathroom and a fireplace.
On the second floor are three rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and a children's trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, the whole is enclosed.Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach 250m. Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Haus sehr schön, Strand leider nicht
Das Haus ist wirklich schön (wird wohl auch fortlaufend verbessert), ein Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Leider ist der Strand nicht schön. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bemüht.
