"There was no one on property to check me in. Even though i had paid for my stay, they kept messaging my to confirm my stay. I ended up not staying there at all. No one could check me in. I called and they said i did not confirm my stay even though I paid ahead of time. How can you rent out a place that can not even be on site to check you in. "
