A beautifull three stores house with a private garden and a wonderful view to the sea, is situated near the village of Afitos, in Halkidiki.
It' s only 1,5 Km from the village of Kalithea and less than 1 Km from the beach.
On the first floor, where the main entrance is, there is a living room and a kitchen.
On the second floor there is two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Finally, in the basement there is also a bedroom and a bathroom.
