"We did not realize that some of the rooms were not air-conditioned...but did have a portable fan. Our fault for not checking. Some rooms have window units. We were there for one night prior to getting on cruise ship. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, shops and waterfront. Beware their shuttle to the port holds about 10 folks. With everyone checking out at the same time it is very chaotic. Be outside under the portico 45 minutes before the shuttle is scheduled to start running. Otherwise, plan on other transportation to the port. Everyone in our party was double charged for the one night stay. Our card company took care of the issue. Hotel must have had a processing problem. Would stay their again!"
