"The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint was the towels looked like bar rags. You collect a credit card with deposit if you are afraid your guests might steal your towels, what is the problem. Decent towels would improve the over all appearance of the room."

"The staff was helpful and very personable. The restaurant was conveniently located and had great food. The wait staff was attentive, especially Valerie. The view from our annex room was breath taking! "

"Everything worked, central location, friendly staff. Yet the hotel is showing its age and should get a makeover soon. Heating worked fine however the heater blower was rather noisy. Something the hotel is not responsible for, but it was apparent that the hotel is located on a busy intersection and the traffic noise early in the morning was quite noticeable! Speciffically a snow plow worked the same stretch of the street repeatedly for nearly an hour - sleeping became impossible with the noisy diesel engine howling on this piece of construction equipment turned street cleaner. (...there was no fresh snowfall that night, but the machine tried to get some residual ice remnants off the road at 5 am). So unfortunately not a great experience for my one night stay."

Michael that takes care of quest during the breakfast rush in the morning is always very personable with visitors. We look forward to seeing him during our visits. He’s just an amazing fella. Your whole staff goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable. "
