The property is nice and in the heart of West Hollywood. It was nice and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was a little low but all in all I had an excellent stay.

On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!

Pros : Nice and convenient location. Has a very nice pool which is great to relax during summer time.
Cons :
We stayed at the caban rooms, The room size was very nice but lighting was very bad. Very dark rooms even during the day. And we changed our room feom one siide of the property to the other and it was still dark
the valet is too expensive, 70 bucks a day. You can park across the street for 30
The crowd used to be younger and more hip in the past, it feels like the hotel didnt keep up with the times, its not really a very in hotel
The mail room is a nightmare to deal with. If you mail something to the hotel its a very complicated process to retrieve your package.
